A movie that boasts an area native on its cast is now out.

Maggie Vlasaty, a Southland High School graduate, is in the newly released “Goodrich,” which stars Michael Keaton and Mila Kunis.

Vlasaty plays the part of a saxophonist in the movie, which features Keaton’s Andy Goodrich as a man who is left on his own with his two children after his wife enters rehab.

It marks the third film Vlasaty has been in. Her two previous credits include 2023’s “Candy Cane Lane” staring Eddie Murphy and another movie from 2023, “Dave.”

According to IMDB, Vlasaty has two more movies in the pipeline — “The Toy Store,” which is in production, and “The Weight of Darkness,” currently in post-production.
