NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a petition signed by Kathryn Larson, invoking the in rem jurisdiction of the District Court to seek an accounting and remedy various breaches of trust has been filed with the Court.
IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition hearing will be on November 18, 2024 at
9:30 a.m., by this Court at the Mower County Courthouse, 201 Second Avenue NE,
Austin, Minnesota 55912, via remote zoom hearing. Notice shall be given as follows:
1. Notice shall be given by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order by U.S. Postal Service at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date by mailing a copy of this Order and the Petition to each of the beneficiaries of the Della Stoll Revocable Family Trust, or interested persons as identified in the petition.
2. Notice shall be given by publishing, at least 20 days before the date of the hearing, a copy of the order for hearing one time in a legal newspaper for the county in which the petition is filed.
This hearing will be held as a remote Zoom hearing. A copy of any notice for a hearing to be held by Zoom may be attached and incorporated by reference into this Order.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Court will grant the petition.
