— Eddie Alejo, 23, Austin, was sentenced to four years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony third degree burglary. He must follow several conditions and pay $60,187 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 21 months in prison.

— Raymond Cotter, 35, Lino Lakes, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He was given credit for 180 days served.

— Alex Christopher Davis, 49, St. Paul, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 179 days in jail. He was given credit for one day served.

— William Roland Johnson, 45, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 356 days in jail. He was given credit for eight days served. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for a second charge of gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 358 days in jail. He was given credit for six days served.

— James Patrick Leonard, 65, Albert Lea, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony first degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 36 months in prison. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $900 for felony first degree DWI-body contains any amount of a schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 42 months in prison.

— Shelley Marie Thompson, 54, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor lawful gambling fraud-claims prize by fraud, deceit, misrepresentation. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail. She was also sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony identity theft-transfers/possesses/uses identity of other person-3 but not more than 7 direct victims. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,000 in restitution.

— Hannah Wynne Sullivan, Austin, 33, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 – not small amount marijuana. She must follow several conditions.
