What activities are you involved in at school?

I am the current president of Student Council, and I’m involved in planning and organizing events held at our school. I also work alongside Ailani (Thiravong) to help run the Packer Pantry. I was previously involved in volleyball, and I am looking forward to the golf season. I am also apart of Go-Green, Link-Crew, and the National Honors Society. Finally, this year I was able to be a part of this year’s CEO Program.

What are your hobbies?

In my free time I enjoy spending most of my time with family and friends. I also enjoy baking and crafting.

What awards have you received throughout your high school career?

Throughout my high school career, I haven’t received many awards. I received a leadership award for volleyball and got accept into the National Honor Society. Finally, I also got elected as president of Student Council last year.

What are your thoughts on education?

Education is important for everyone. It allows everyone to learn, build skills, make connections, and better understand the world we live in. People can discover their passion and figure out what they would like to do with their future.

What are your future plans?

Currently my plans for the future are to go into business. I am visiting colleges to find which one suits me the best. So far, the University of Minnesota and Iowa State University are my top choices. I am excited to go visit others and see what they have to offer me.

What are your thoughts on Rotary?

Rotary is an amazing organization that is known for its community service and commitment to promoting peace, education, and health. They work on local projects and contribute to international efforts. I love that Rotary Club helps create positive change within the community.
