— Phillip Gordon Cates, 60, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor carry a pistol without a permit. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 175 days in jail. He was given credit for 189 days served.
— Kayla Elizabeth Choronzy, 25, Austin, was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. She must remain law-abiding. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
