The Austin Bruins survived a seven-round shootout to beat the St. Cloud Norsemen (12-8-1-3 overall) 2-1 in St. Cloud Saturday. 

Zander Lipsett scored the game-winning goal in the shootout for the Bruins (18-5-1-2 overall).

Carl Axelsson had 28 saves for the Bruins and he stopped six shots in the shutout.
