— Reese John Riley, 32, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Rick Dakanno, 43, Goedrian, Missouri, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for two counts of gross misdemeanor domestic abuse: violating order for protection within 10 years of previous conviction. He was given credit for 120 days served in both counts.

— Harley Manwell Roberts, 35, Austin, was sentenced to four years supervised probation for felony second degree burlary-dwelling. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.
