The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team took care of business with a 62-29 win over Medford (0-12 overall) in BP Thursday.

Emmerson Nelson paced BP with 23 points in what was head coach John Worke’s 400th career victory.

“The players I have coached over the years have allowed me to win my 400th game tonight,” Works said. “I feel fortunate to be part of the journey. Blooming Prairie Girls Basketball has had much success over the years.”

BP is now 6-8 overall.
