The YMCA at the Austin Community Recreation Center is ready to celebrate five years of service to the community.

On Monday, the YMCA will mark the anniversary of opening the doors to the community.

“We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve this incredible community over the past five years,” said Diane Baker, CEO of the YMCA at ACRC. “This celebration is not just about us — it’s about the members, donors, and everyone who has been a part of our success. We couldn’t have reached this milestone without their support, and we look forward to many more years of working together to enhance the health and well-being of our community.”

“We’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished in the past five years, and we’re even more excited about the future,” Baker said. “The YMCA has always been about more than just fitness; it’s about building community, supporting one another, and inspiring people to live their best lives. We’re looking forward to continuing this mission for many years to come.”
