Fight begins after argument

A man was assaulted and injured following an apparent argument over the status of illegal aliens.
According to an Austin Police Department report, Amador Perez, 48, suffered sever head injuries in a fight early Saturday morning.
An officer on routine patrol discovered a man lying in the street near 1:49 a.m. Saturday.
A Gold Cross Ambulance Service crew was dispatched to the scene and the victim was transported to Austin Medical Center before being airlifted to St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester. On Monday, his condition was listed as "serious."
According to multiple police reports, the investigation revealed an argument broke out over the status of illegal aliens in America.
Also, the report noted the men had been drinking and one was accused of making sexual advances upon a teenage sister of one of the hosts of the party at the residence in the Eighth Street and 12th Avenue NE area of the city.
A 45-year-old St. Peter man and a 17-year-old male juvenile face third degree assault charges, according to police.
