Internet class is at library

It's time to get wired.

And for those interested in what the Internet is all about, there's an opportunity for you at the Austin Public Library. There will be presentation, introducing folks to the Internet that will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday at the library. Those interested in registering should call 433-2391, ext. 317.

Got a green thumb? Then the Mower County Horticultural Society's spring plant sale is up your alley. The event takes place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the community room at the Oak Park Mall in Austin.

There will also be two other events Saturday where the public has the opportunity to purchase a variety of items. All day Saturday will be Rose Creek's citywide rummage sale, and the Farmers Market will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of Oak Park Mall in Austin.
