Joe Feeley of Austin rakes leaves in his yard Tuesday morning. Leaf collection sites around the city will open this weekend for the first of four weekends. Sites will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Residents and commercial haulers may take their leaves – no sticks or garbage – to the following sites: the Mower County Fairgrounds, Marcusen Park, East Side Lake, the Northwest baseball diamonds and the intersection of Third Avenue SW and 21st Street SW. The sites are closed during the week.
