Seventh-grader Susie Bryan, 12, laughs as she pulls tabs off aluminum cans Tuesday during the Ellis Middle School student council’s can drive to raise money for the American Cancer Society and the Ronald McDonald House. Over the past three years, the school has collected nearly a million tabs to help charity.
