The Southland volleyball team got back to the fundamentals in order to pull off two comebacks in a 25-15, 23-25, 26-24, 25-20 win at Dover/Eyota Thursday.

The Rebels (2-5 overall, 1-1 Three Rivers) trailed the third game late and trailed the fourth game 9-2 before recovering.

“We put it over and in and let them mistakes by hitting it out,” Southland head coach Angie Smith said.
