Ethel Mae DeFor, 92, of Rogers, Minn., died Sept. 10, 2011, at Maplegrove Hospital.

Ethel was born Sept. 5, 1919, and was a longtime member of St. Olaf Lutheran church and past member of the Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her sons, Reve. Kenneth Jr. (Ruth) of Bloomington, MN and Dale (Gayle) of Savage, Minn.; daughter, Jean (Jeff) Sheats of Rogers; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth and daughter, Nancy Hawley.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church with visitation one hour before it. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Olaf Lutheran Church or the donor’s choice. Historic Thomson-Dougherty is in charge of arrangements.
