Pacelli runners have fine races at HVL meet

In the Hiawatha Valley League conference meet the Pacelli runners ran some great personal times with six personal bests.

In the Hiawatha Valley League conference meet the Pacelli runners ran some great personal times with six personal bests. Half of those six earned All-Conference honors. Andy Boisjolie and Tom Roberts on the boys side and eighth-grader Kate Boisjolie on the girls side.
In the boys 5,000-meter meet it was host Lake City winning the team competition with 37 points.
They were followed by Winona Cotter, 57, Hayfield 107, Zumbrota-Mazeppa/Kenyon-Wanamingo 120, Pacelli 156, Lourdes 164, Cannon Falls 169, Kasson-Mantorville/Triton 198, Stewartville 220 and Pine Island 250.
Individually, Boisjolie finished in 22nd with a time of 17:31; Roberts was 23rd, 17:32; TJ Parlin 32nd, 18:13 another personal best; Jason Emiliusen 39th, 18:31 personal best; Ben Anderson 40th, 18:32; and Seth Pfeil 56th, 19:45.
Z-M/T was the HVL girls champion with a score of 48, Lourdes was next with 58, Lake City third with 60 and Hayfield fourth with 110 points.
Boisjolie was one of two Pacelli runners in the 4,000 meter race. She finished in 16th with a time of 16:26. Mary McKee was 33rd with a personal best time of 17:32.
