An Austin woman reported that her apartment was burglarized Sunday afternoon, with the culprit possibly using keys to access the room.

The woman, who lives at City Limit Apartments at 24248 534th Ave., said she left her apartment on noon Sunday, noting that she recalled locking the door. When she returned at around 4:30 p.m., she said the door was still locked, but a TV, cell phone, game console and $400 cash were all missing.

According to a police report, the total value of the stolen items was about $1,000.

There were no signs of forced entry, and the woman told police she wasn’t sure who would have access to room keys.

Police have not identified any suspects in the case.
