Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin welcomed Dr. Tammy Olson, doctor of osteopathic medicine to the hospitalist team.

Olson completed her osteopathic medical degree at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, and finished her Family Medicine residency at the University of Minnesota Mankato in Mankato, Minn.

Dr. Tammy Olson, originally from Barnesville, a small town near Fargo, is “truly excited” to be starting her career in Austin.

“I love the small town atmosphere that Austin has and really look forward to getting to know people and get active in the community,” she said. “Being a part of the Mayo Clinic system is such a great resource as well.”
