The Austin girls swimming and diving team fell to Owatonna 95-89 in Ellis Middle School Thursday.

Helen Heimark won the 200-yard freestyle and Averi Splinter won the 100-yard freestyle, while the 200-freestyle relay of Kelli Bednar, Lauren Edwards, Merideth Fritz, and Heimark took first, and the 400-freestyle relay team of Splinter, Heimark, Fritz, and Brooke Johnson took first.
