A ‘yes’ supports children

Our community’s school children are our future. On Nov. 8, we have an opportunity to say we want our children taught in facilities that promote excellence in education.
Staying home and not voting assures the failure of the school referendum. Meanwhile, our school leaders will be forced to rent temporary facilities that waste precious tax dollars while the kids are taught in less than desirable facilities. Now is a great time to get construction bids while companies are hungry for business in these tough economic times.
Please vote “yes” on Nov. 8. Take a friend/neighbor to the polls with you.
If you’re not able to get to the polls on Nov. 8, go to the courthouse (treasurer’s window) before hand and vote an absentee ballot. It only takes a few minutes.
