The Blooming Prairie volleyball team struggled from the start in a 25-14, 25-16, 26-24 loss to New Richland/H/E/G in New Richland Thursday.

The Awesome Blossoms (1-2 overall) played better in the last game, but they never quite played to their potential.

“We weren’t playing at top speed,” BP head coach Gina McLaughlin said. “We led at times and I was hoping we’d look more in charge than we did. If we would’ve come strong, I think they would have let us back in it.”
