Jay M. DeRaad, 53, of Twin Falls, Idaho, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2011, at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho. Jay died suddenly with a ruptured cerebral aneurysm.

Service: Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at Calvary Cemetery with Father Dale Tupper officiating. Military rites will be by American Legion Post 91.

Memorials: The family prefers memorials to St. Joseph’s Indian School.
