The Pacelli girls tennis team lost to Lake City 6-1 at Paulson Courts Thursday.

Pacelli’s Steph Kocer was the only player to win a match for the home team as she took the No. 3 singles match 6-1, 6-2.

“We knew Lake City would be tough on the doubles side,” Pacelli head coach Mark Henderson said. “Our singles girls all played well, but we couldn’t come up with enough of the big points, and that made the final scores at number one and three look more lopsided than the matches really were.”
