The Mower County Court system will be fully functional again on Monday after a week-long hiatus.

Court cases were put on hold throughout last week while government center employees moved from the Mower County Government Center to the new Jail and Justice Center across the street.

Court employees said judges will begin seeing cases again on Monday and that the move is nearly complete, with just a few last-minute items to wrap up.

While there are still minor changes left, this will be the first full week in the new justice center.

Jail staff is still looking to late October and early November as the move date in the new jail.
