The Grand Meadow volleyball team couldn’t close out the close ones in a 17-25, 26-24, 26-24, 26-24 loss to Hope Lutheran (6-10 overall) on the road Tuesday.

The Superlarks (1-15 overall) showed signs, but couldn’t get it done with the game on the line.

“We stuck to our game plan and we fought hard,” GM head coach Michael Keefe said. “We’ve got to work on finishing close games.”
