Bruins blank Minot 3-0

The Austin Bruins didn’t dominate, but they finished ahead of Minot (3-21 overall) 3-0 on the road Friday.
Austin goalie Nicholas Lehr of Roseville, Minn. stopped all 27 shots he saw as he picked up his second shutout of the season.
The Bruins (12-8-2 overall) got on the board when Austin Nelson scored in the first period.
Christian Folin and John Kirby each netted power play goals in the second period to put Austin up 3-0.
On Thanksgiving night, the Bruins lost 3-2 to Aberdeen as they came up empty on six power play attempts.
Steve Obarzanek scored two goals for the Wings (11-8-2 overall), including one that made it 3-1 with 11:05 left in the third period.
Tyler Bruggeman took the loss as he had 18 saves.
