Jeff Ellis known for dedication

I first met Jeff Ellis many years ago, before he began his career in law enforcement.

I have enjoyed watching Jeff grow into an outstanding officer and patrol sergeant, one of the best I know.

Jeff’s record as a K9 handler is well known. Jeff and Tazer assisted in more than 500 arrests and they won an unprecedented seven regional and five national championships. What many people locally do not know is that Jeff spent countless hours traveling all over the state on his own time assisting K9 officers from many other agencies. Jeff’s ability to communicate and implement his ideas has improved the quality of K9 teams statewide, resulting in more arrests and safer communities.

Jeff has genuine, natural leadership ability that has made believers out of many officers currently working in the local law enforcement community. It is difficult and uncomfortable for many of us to endorse someone other than the incumbent, but so many of us believe in Jeff. Jeff’s ability to work with others and bring people together as part of a team will make a lasting and positive impact on the Sheriff’s Department. We have seen firsthand his integrity and dedication and understand that he will do great things if elected. Please join me on Nov. 2 and vote Jeff Ellis for Mower County sheriff.
