The Hayfield girls basketball team picked up its first win of the season when it beat Triton (1-3 overall) 47-24 in Hayfield Friday.

Senior guard Alyssa Selk hit five threes for Hayfield (1-3 overall) as she scored 18 points.

“We did a good job of getting Alyssa the ball and she was knocking down her shots,” Hayfield head coach Fred Kindschy said.
