Three men were arrested early Wednesday morning and are now in custody for possessing 12 individually wrapped rocks of crack cocaine.

Quincy Morrow, 23 of St. Paul, Tuquan Smith, 21 of Snellville, Ga. and Eric Watson, 24 of Austin, were arrested in the vicinity of Second Street and Second Avenue Southwest after police received a call about three black males chasing a white male near Domino’s Pizza and Napa Auto Parts.

When police arrived, they saw one of the suspects sitting in a Chrysler Sebring yelling out the window. Police took inventory of the vehicle and discovered the 12 rocks of crack cocaine in a cigarette pack inside the car.

When officers spoke to the suspects, one of them would not show his hands and refused to identify himself. All of the men were eventually identified and taken into custody. They denied chasing anybody involved in a fight.

The rocks tested positive for cocaine, and the case is being forwarded to the county attorney for the appropriate charges.
