Charlotte Elaine (Asher) Loucks, 82, born May 31, 1928 in Winona, died Oct. 8, 2010 in Dallas, TX. She lived in Austin until 1966 when family moved to Arkansas and then in 1971, moved to Texas.

She is survived by her four childen: Cindy D. Zisner, Shale D. Loucks, Jodie L. Khan and Wade A. Loucks; her ex-husband, Donald H. Loucks; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Services are Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 at Senior Care Beltline nursing home. Donations to the American Diabetes Association or, because she loved animals so much, the ASPCA.
