Adeline L. Lastine, 93, of Rose Creek, died Dec. 13, 2011, at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, Minn.

She was born in St. Paul, Minn., on Oct. 4, 1918, to Richard and Alma (Imme) Schaefer. On April 3, 1937, she married Donald Cattnach. Together they had five children. On Dec. 24, 1965, she married Curtis Lastine.
Adeline was preceded in death by husbands Donald and Curtis; daughters, Gloria (Darrell) Aarthun, and Nancy Casto; siblings, Dorothy Buckley, Edward Schaefer, Carl Miller, and June Miller.
She is survived by her children: Hugh Cattnach, Lynda (Reggie) McCraw, Sue (George) Allen; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Ken (Viola) Schaefer and Doris Miller; nieces; nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary with the Rev. Shari Mason officiating. Private interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary for one hour before the service on Saturday.
