A St. Paul man who was arrested for allegedly possessing 12 individually wrapped rocks of crack cocaine pleaded guilty to a felony drug charge in Mower County court Monday.

Quincy Lee Morrow, 23, was arrested along with Tuquan Lee Smith, 21 of Snellville, Ga. and Eric Donte Watson, 24 of Austin, on Oct. 27. The three men face similar felony drug charges.

The men were arrested in the vicinity of Second Street and Second Avenue Southwest after police received a call about three males chasing another man near Domino’s Pizza and Napa Auto Parts.

When police arrived, they saw one of the suspects sitting in a Chrysler Sebring yelling out the window. Police took inventory of the vehicle and discovered the 12 rocks of crack cocaine in a cigarette pack inside the car.

Police also found a black pouch, pocket-sized scale, numerous plastic bags and razor blades in the trunk of the car.

The rocks tested positive for cocaine, and the case is being forwarded to the county attorney for the appropriate charges.

Morrow’s sentencing is set for Jan. 14.
