Jacob and Stephanie Kiefer of Rochester are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Claire Elaine, born Nov. 2, 2010, in Rochester.

Grandparents are Terry and Eddie Yarbrough; Ruth Evenson of Stewartville and Terry and Carol Kiefer. Great-grandparents are Harry and Ardyce Brechtel of Austin and Priscilla Kiefer of Adams.
