The two people who died in a two-vehicle accident Sunday near Racine have been identified by authorities.

David D. Hoffman, 63, of Rochester and his wife, Victoria K. Hoffman, 54, were identified as deceased by the state patrol Monday.

The crash occurred at around 10:48 a.m. on Highway 63 at County Road 1.

A motorcycle being driven by David Hoffman slammed into the back end of a minivan driven by Nathan Ramaker, 30, of Stewartville.

Both vehicles were headed south on the highway.

Ramaker and a passenger, Kristina A. Ramaker, 31, also from Stewartville, suffered minor injuries.
