According to the complaint, Viramonh was at a party in southwest Austin near the American Legion post on July 19 when he got into an altercation with a 20-year-old man.

The complaint states that the man is dating Viramonh’s ex-girlfriend.

After a verbal exchange between the two — and an attempt by the victim’s girlfriend, 20, to break things up — Viramonh allegedly punched the man in the jaw, knocking him to the ground.

The victim lay unconscious for a few minutes, according to the complaint.

The girlfriend took him to the Austin Medical Center the next day, where he was diagnosed as having sustained “great bodily harm.”

The woman also reported the incident to authorities on July 21.
