Ruth M. Mitchell, 87, passed away at her home in Sacramento, Calif. on Dec. 11.

Ruth graduated from Austin High School. She was co-owner of Mitchell’s Tavern. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

She joins her husband Joseph ‘Percy’ Mitchell, parents Roy and Hazel, sisters Lola and Marion in peace. She is lovingly remembered by her children and family; William ‘Bill’ (Billie), Jo Ann (Richard), Michael (Susan) and Kaye (David); grandchildren Tim, Ariele, Amy and Ben; great-granddaughter Abby; brother Don, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.
