MABEL — The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team lost 50-38 at Mabel-Canton (13-12 overall, 11-6 SEC) Friday.

With starting point guard David Diang out of the lineup, the Athletics (11-12 overall, 8-8 SEC) struggled to find their offensive rhythm as they fell behind 15-3 right out of the gates.

“We came out flat from the get go and we were just a step behind all night long,” LP head coach Casey Anderson said. “We didn’t show up to play tonight and not having David killed us.”
