Pickler should draw big crowd night in Albert Lea

The Freeborn County Fair staff are expecting a larger-than-usual attendance on Thursday due to the performance of Kellie Pickler in the evening.

The 500 reserved seats for Pickler’s show were already sold out several months ago, and there are still people calling the fair office to try to reserve seats daily. There are even people planning on lining up at the grandstand gates early in the morning to claim their seats. Aside from the reserved seats, there is room for about 7,000 people to watch the performance, and some will head to the fair just to hear the music from the grounds.

The staff doesn’t want this to discourage people from attending the fair on Thursday and asks people to check out all the fair has to offer.
