Agnes Wills, 95, of Nicollet, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, at the Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 5, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nicollet with Pastor Ron Siemers officiating. Burial will be in the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Nicollet. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Nicollet and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Agnes is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Charles Uthke of Austin; sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and JoAnne Wills of Madison Lake, Allan and Linda Wills of Nicollet, Stanley and Deborah Willsof Cleveland; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Ruth Ann Wills of Nicollet and Doris Hopp of Nicollet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norbert, in 1985; brother, Harold Hopp; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Hazel and Eldon Dallmann.
Agnes Alwina Hopp was born May 3, 1916, in Granby Township in Nicollet County to Carl and Dorothea (Bode) Hopp. Agnes was united in marriage to Norbert Wills on Nov. 20, 1946, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nicollet. Agnes and Norbert farmed in Granby Township, Nicollet County until their retirement in 1982, but Agnes continued to live on the farm until 1998. Agnes moved to Zins Apartment in Nicollet and lived there until July 18, 2011, when she moved to an apartment at Willow Point in North Mankato. She loved helping with farm work, baking, sewing, quilting, boat rides on the lake, traveling and playing cards. After moving to Willow Point, she liked playing bingo and shaking dice. For many years, Agnes worked with the Nicollet County Extension Group. Agnes loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid at church.
