Hazel Edna (Bates) Chase, 91, of Austin, Minn. died Monday, March 12, 2012, at the Stewartville Care Center.

Service: A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2012, at St. Edward’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Jim Steffes officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 6:30 p.m. wake service on Thursday at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Arrangements are with Mayer Funeral Home.
