Jeannine C. Birk, 73, of Austin, died Monday, April 2, 2012, at her home surrounded by family.

Service: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Jim Steffes officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 5 p.m. CCW rosary and a 7:30 p.m. wake service on Wednesday at Mayer Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. and also one hour before the service at the church on Thursday.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials: Memorials are preferred to The American Cancer Society.
