Rebel baseball team falls to Saint Charles

ADAMS — The Southland baseball team couldn’t make enough plays as it lost to Saint Charles (4-1 overall, 4-1 Three Rivers) 8-7 in Adams Tuesday.
The Rebels (3-3 overall, 3-3 Three Rivers) committed seven errors as five of the runs they allowed were unearned.
“It was a tough night in the field and we really showed our youth tonight,” Southland head coach Scott Retterath said.
