The Mower County Historical Society will hold its annual cleanup day, beginning 9 a.m. this Saturday, and it plans on tackling the job full-force.

Volunteers and MCHS members will work until the cleanup is done or as long as weather allows, but 4 p.m. at the latest. Work will include cleaning buildings, landscaping, painting and projects that can be completed based on the weather and time. This annual event has ensured the grounds look good before the summer tour season. Those who would like to help should contact the historical society at 507-437-6082.
