An Austin teen who allegedly threw a hammer after someone reported him to police for possessing marijuana pleaded not guilty to three charges Friday in Mower County Court.
Michale Allen Dieser, 18, pleaded not guilty to felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, misdemeanor fifth-degree assault and misdemeanor fourth-degree damage to property. Officers learned that Dieser got violent shortly after someone turned him in for allegedly possessing marijuana on April 17.
