MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Bail is set at $6 million for a Missouri man charged with killing a Minnesota daycare provider and her elderly parents.
Thirty-four-year-old Eddie Matthew Mosley of St. Louis made his first court appearance Friday. He is facing three counts of intentional second-degree murder for the April 9 shootings.
Authorities say Mosley shot 59-year-old DeLois Brown and her parents, 82-year-old James Bolden and 81-year-old Clover Bolden, in Brown’s home in Brooklyn Park, a Minneapolis suburb.
Prosecutors allege Mosley had gone to the home to kill a teenager who had accused him of rape. But the girl was not there.
Mosley is being held in the Hennepin County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 19.
