The Austin boys tennis team opened the Section 1AA playoffs with a 7-0 win over Lakeville South Tuesday.

The No. 1 doubles team of Bob Astrup and Jacob Brehmer cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win to lead the Pack.

“Bob and Jacob seem to be coming into there own and really are attacking there opponents,” Austin head coach Thomas Tauchnitz said.

No. 4 seeded Austin will travel to play No. 1 Hastings Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
