Austin High School will be hosting camps for dance team, volleyball, basketball and strength and conditioning this summer.

Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp; Building Champion Packers

This program is a rigorous workout that will give athletes an extraordinary opportunity to be in the best possible physical shape that they can be. The camp will focus on strength, flexibility, quickness, speed and agility.

What: Any boy or girl athlete, entering grades 5-12 who wants to be faster, quicker, stronger, and increase their explosive jumping ability.

Who: Boys and girls from Austin entering 5th–12th grade.

Where: Austin HS

When: Monday, June 11–Tuesday, July 31; seven week camp that meets every Monday through Thursday.

Groups: If possible, we would like to group by age and gender.

Times: Two-hour Sessions beginning at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 a.m.

Depending on numbers, sessions may vary slightly or sessions added
