A Brownsdale man was sentenced to nearly five years in prison for criminal sexual conduct during the past decade.
Timothy Heimer, 47, was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony. He pleaded to a lesser charge, as six other charges for first-degree criminal sexual conduct by penetration with a victim teenage or younger were dismissed.
According to the court complaint, the victim stated that the contact started when she was 11 years old in 2005 and continued until 2009. The victim added that Heimer began raping her on a regular basis and would also give her alcohol and marijuana before sexually assaulting her.
Heimer was given 25 days credit for time served in the Mower County jail.
