Special events will be held during the annual Johnsburg Jamboree Sunday, July 12, at Johnsburg.

One of the biggest events will be the grand parade. The parade will begin at noon, with line-up starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Gary and Kelly Mullenbach farm located directly north of Johnsburg.

“It’s been 25 years since our last parade so we are ready for another one,” Harvey Heimer said.

The parade route will go through Johnsburg, ending at the farm of Steve and Colette Golombowski.

Prizes will be awarded. Parade entry is free.

The Jamboree will include the usual polka music, bratwurst and beer, games, an antique show in the old Freund store and plenty of fun.

Johnsburg is located four miles south of Highway 56 on Mower County 7.
