St. John’s invites children to have ‘fun in the Son’

St. John’s Lutheran Church will hold its vacation Bible school from Monday, June 18, to Friday, June 22. Each day runs from 9 a.m. to noon.
“At SonSurf Beach Bash your kids will have fun in the Son,” said Troy Miller, director of Christian education with the church, in a news release.
He said children would sing songs, watch skits, create crafts and play games during the Bible school. He said they will meet up with Jesus and discover just how much God loves them.
“We’re looking forward to sharing this exciting event with the children and parents in our neighborhood,” Miller said.
